Full time/Part time. Offices in the following locations:
Hartland, Mequon, West Bend, Hartford, Hales Corners, Elkhorn, and Whitewater.
Licensed or certified in Wisconsin. Experience in private practice required.

Assistant/ Intake Coordinator
Our Hartland office is in need of an individual to work full-time. Must be a self
starter, able to handle multiple tasks, travel between offices, Microsoft
Office 2000,
knowledge of mental health field a plus. Duties
include: phone consultations with clients, coordinating new
client intakes, data-base maintenance, correspondence and
contact with therapists, scoring and interpretation of
psychological assessments, completion of projects as
requested by our clinical director, and other on-site
administrative tasks.
